It is more than inclusion

Of course, we should say that gender diversity on boards implies not only the inclusion of women on boards, however, according to the Deloitte’s  eighth edition of Women in the Boardroom: A Global Perspective, that is published in 2024, women still hold less than a quarter (23.3%) of board seats globally. Besides, the reports all over the world show that the percentages are lower in emerging countries.
