Course description

This course is designed to help organizations and decision-makers while they are trying to achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion in their organizations with the help of human resource management practices. Women’s advancement into top management and corporate boards will be facilitated by recruiting practices prioritizing gender equality, allowing them to participate more actively in decision-making. This course provides examples of best practices in human resources operations, beginning with onboarding, to guarantee women’s advancement, equal chances, and equitable acknowledgment of accomplishments inside the organization.

Learning Objectives:
